In order for Amid, Trenay and I to be able to collectively come up with strong ideas for our music video, and branding, it is important that we draw inspiration from music videos within the House and Dance music genre, which we like, as well as which we feel that we can take elements from, and use, develop or challenge in our own music video. We have found 10 videos which we feel will influence our decisions for our music video, one of them being the song that we have chosen to make our music video with, which doesn’t actually have its own music video, removing the added pressure of us needing to match up to the intentions of the music video, if there was one.

 

Below is the notes page where we listed the music videos that we were inspired by. Additionally, we wrote down the lengths of all of these music videos, and worked out an average length, that we aim to make our music video as, to ensure that people can expect a certain time for a music video within the House genre, aiding us to plan for a video that is not too long, or too short.
